We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Rat & Boa pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a seamless refund or exchange journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
